Bethan Gray - Mandala Vinyasa Yoga & Meditation Class

✨ Class Description ✨

Mandala means ‘circle’ or ‘essence’, Vinyasa means ‘a method of yoga in which vinyasa movements form a flowing sequence in coordination with the breath’.

In this class Bethan will guide you through a soulful practice, deeply incorporating the breath into our movement sequences to find a steady flow.

The movement uses a mixture of both traditional yoga asana and more somatic-style embodied movement, encouraging you to really begin to tune into the language of your body in the moment, to hear how it needs to move.

This class is suitable for those wanting to delve a little deeper into the language of body, mind and soul, and includes meditation - sometimes with some mantra chanting.

The background of this class is beautiful soothing music to help you to focus your mind and tune into the breath.

There will be time for some guided journaling at the end, too, if you so wish.

These classes are for all ‘abilities’ and will offer you the opportunity to explore your own connection to 'self' through your own inner and outer enquiry - no shoulds, no judgement, no comparison! Just you and your body!

Together we will build strength of body and mind, while finding some space for stability within the changing ebbs and flows of life, and ease within uncertainty.

Although you will build physical strength, flexibility and inner and outer focus, this class is NOT an ‘exercise only’ class, so if that’s what you’re looking for then this class is not for you.

I am happy to point you in the direction of this style of class, if preferred :-)

This class is for those who wish to know themselves better, and to find a deeper connection and sense of inner guidance & inner peace.
