Banu Harrison - Circuit Pilates

Pilates can really help improve and maintain overall fitness, with a particular focus on core strength, flexibility, balance and posture. Almost anyone can benefit from this workout, with many of my clients completing sessions whilst recovering from operations, improving longstanding back issues or even just as part of a "get fit" routine!

Group classes are small and friendly, with only 5 to a mat class in our beautiful middle-floor studio, offering you a very personalised class. You'll receive focused guidance in a supportive and motivating environment.

Banu will guide you through every movement, ensuring proper form and technique to maximize results.

Beginners to mixed ability sessions.

We will be using mats and reformers to rotate every 2 minutes with Pilates exercises using equipment in circuit Pilates classes.
