Yin yoga is very slow paced, meditative practice, where gentle poses are held for up to 5 mins. It targets the connect tissues, like ligaments and fascia promoting flexibility and joint mobility. The emphasis is on relaxation and deep stretching. It is the perfect antidote for a busy life.
