Bethan Gray - Slow Soulful Yoga Flow & Meditation Class

Join Bethan in a beautiful, mind-body-soul nourishing Soulful Sunday Yoga Flow Class - mindful movement using the breath as an anchor, all to a beautiful calming soulful soundtrack!

These sessions are in 4 week blocks to allow the opportunity for a lie-in between class blocks!

Classes will be bookmarked with calming meditation and will offer time for some guided journaling at the end, too, if you so wish.

These classes are for all abilities and will offer you the opportunity to explore your own connection to 'self' through your own inner and outer enquiry - no shoulds, no judgement, no comparison! Just you and your body!

Together we will build strength of body and mind, while finding some space for stability within the changing ebbs and flows of life, and ease within uncertainty.

Please note - this class is more like ‘movement meditation’ - you will be guided through traditional yoga asana (postures) but into a place to begin to listen deeply into your own body’s cues, helping you to find a deeper understanding of yourself.

Although you will build physical strength, flexibility and inner and outer focus, this class is NOT an ‘exercise only’ class, so if that’s what you’re looking for then this class is not for you.

This class is for those who wish to know themselves better, and to find a deeper connection and sense of inner guidance & inner peace.
