Bethan Gray - Energising Yoga Flow & Meditation Class
Start your morning with intention ~ a beautiful mindful vinyasa flow that will energise, calm and focus your body mind and soul in equal measure.
Classes always start with a meditation and end with a long savasana to integrate the movement.
This class is mainly suitable for those who’ve practiced some yoga before, although please don’t be out off if you’re a beginner and would like to give it a try - just let me know beforehand :-)
