✨ Class Description ✨

A moving-meditation class inspired by the elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether.

This creative vinyasa yoga class moves you around your mat in a seamless, breath-led sequence inspired by the 5 main elements of nature.

We will work in 4 week blocks, with an elemental focus for each block.

Expect fluid transitions, mindful movement, and a deep meditative vibe that leaves you feeling grounded, clear, connected to the elements and alive!

Suitable for curious movers ready to explore flow in a fresh, playful way.

Although you will build physical strength, flexibility and inner and outer focus, this class is NOT an ‘exercise only’ class, so if that’s what you’re looking for then this class is not for you.

I am happy to point you in the direction of this style of class, if preferred :-)

This class is for those who wish to know themselves better, and to find a deeper connection and sense of inner guidance & inner peace.
